The following Terms and Conditions set forth the rules and regulations regarding all services performed by Online Restaurants Inc.By using the www.OnlineRestaurants.com you (the ''User'', the customer that uses the website) agree to these terms and conditions.If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately stop using the website. We reserve the right,at any time, to modify, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without further notice. Modifications will be effectiveimmediately upon being posted at www.OnlineRestaurants.com. Your continued use of the Service after alterations are postedconstitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of the Agreement and its updates.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Online Restaurants Inc is coordinating independent contractors (delivery drivers) to pick up the order from the contracted restaurantsand deliver it to the customer. User must have all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, computer or modem;provide for Internet access, and pay any fees related with such connection.

Online Restaurants is not liable for any incorrect, spoiled, or not well cooked orders. The responsibility isheld by the restaurants where the food is prepared.

Online Restaurants Inc is not responsible for the preparation or handling of the food!

a) Ordering and Payment

All ordering is executed online at www.OnlineRestaurants.com or by phone. Buyers are billed directly by Online Restaurants Inc for their orders,and "Online Restaurants" will be the name that appears on the payment records (bank statements).

b) Delivery

Minimum food order for delivery is mandatory for different ZIP codes in the Las Vegas area. Online Restaurants Inc. reserves its rightsto apply a gratuity charge on all food delivery orders (the minimum is 10%) . Minimum delivery charge is $3 and it varies in accordancewith the distance and the millage related to the address where the order is delivered. $20 delivery fee is charged for SPECIAL ORDERS.Orders classified in this group are those that are delivered in ZIP codes out of our delivery range.

Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the preparation time for the dish (Deep Dish pizza takes 45 minutes to be fully cooked),size of the food order processed, specific distance (Special Orders) delivered. Minimum time to process delivery order is 40 minutes.

Most credit cards and debit cards are accepted. All prices and zoning are subject to change. Food delivery time is subject to change based onthe size of your order and the amount of time it takes to complete your online order.

When using our services to order and receive food delivery, you are receiving the services of a self-employed(independent contractor) delivery driver.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Online Restaurants Inc SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ORINCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATIONCONTAINED IN IT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, UNDER STATUTE, IN EQUITY, AT LAW, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF OnlineRestaurants Inc HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Online Restaurants Inc shallnot be liable to User or any third party should Online Restaurants Inc exercise its right to discontinue or modify the Service. User accepts thatOnline Restaurants Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interferedwith or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

User agrees to indemnify and hold Online Restaurants Inc, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and independent contractors, harmlessfrom any demand or claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of User’s use of the Service,the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by User, or other user of the Service using User’s computer, of any intellectual propertyor any other right of any person or entity.

Product specifications and other information have been provided by the Vendors (Restaurant owners) or collected from publicly available sources.While Online Restaurants Inc makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, we can make no representations or warranties asto the a reliability or accuracy of any information provided on www.OnlineRestaurants.com.

Online Restaurants Inc makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any product offered or provided by any Vendor (Restaurant's owner),and you acknowledge that any reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Vendor (Restaurant's owner) shall be at your own risk.
